Just fill out the main application and get your parent or guardian to sign it and submit your Resume and Reference Page on the Co-op Applications google classroom (classroom code: fvr3lzz ). You can also hand in your form to Mr. Taylor in the co-op office, room 121 beside the photocopy room.
Once both forms have been received by Mr. Taylor in the co-op department then you will be contacted to set up an interview. Final Deadline for Co-op Applications is March 31st!
All students are encouraged to hand in their applications as soon as possible as some placements will only take so many students per year. For the best chance to get the placement you would like you need to hand in your co-op application forms asap!
