Students, parents, school administration and staff are required to read the student planner containing the policies and procedures of the school and be familiar with the content. Period one teachers will review the planner in the first week of classes and this acknowledgement form must be completed in full by September 15th, 2023. Knowledge of the content of the planner is beneficial to each student.
Parents and students are asked below to acknowledge their awareness of the Code of Conduct and policies and information that governs activity at CHSS.
