The transition fairs are intended for the families and caregivers of students with complex disabilities who are currently 12-21 years of age.
The purpose of this event is to provide an opportunity for parents/guardians of students with disabilities to learn more about the supports and services available in their community. Our goal is to familiarize families with the agencies and community groups that will support a safe, connected, and productive life after high school.
