The special guest was Hayley Morin who is an emerging filmmaker from the Enoch Cree Nation.

Hayley has been able to showcase stories from her culture through short films such as "The Crying Fields" and "Buffalo Bill" and has most recently begun working on a feature length documentary funded by Telus Media.

THANK YOU to all of the businesses and individuals who currently
have a Central Huron Secondary School (CHSS) co-op student this semester
and to those who have already agreed to take a CHSS student next semester
for a co-op placement. We appreciate all of the time you take to help our
students begin their journey towards their first post-secondary pathway.

CHSS is preparing students for a different, but no less interesting and promising future, than their parents'. We are equipping students for life long learning while helping guide them down individualized and varied paths.

A social enterprise group of post-secondary students have formed in Huron County, and they’re creating a buzz. The group, with the working title of The Bee Crew, continue their initiative to increase pollination and local honey production.

ONE CARE Home & Community Support Services is a local, non-profit organization, serving seniors and individuals across Huron and Perth. We are asking our community members to write uplifting letters to seniors who have become isolated during the pandemic. Letters will be included with our Hot & Frozen Meals on Wheels deliveries, all across Huron and Perth.
